Ville-Haute Luxembourg

Luxembourg City

RADBURY, refurbished by Kleinmuller Architects. Completed in 2014, RADBURY stands as a prominent office landmark on Place de l’Étoile, at the intersection of Boulevard de la Foire and Avenue Émile Reuter, in the heart of Luxembourg City.

This strategic location, connected to the tramway network and the city’s multimodal hub, gives the building a strong urban visibility and a distinctive architectural presence within the Central Business District.

The full refurbishment and repositioning of the building aimed to redefine both its architectural identity and functional performance.

Organised around a clear, compact structure across five levels, the RADBURY project, offers flexible, light-filled office floors designed to accommodate a variety of layouts, from open-plan workspaces to executive suites and meeting areas.

The transparent façades maximise natural light and establish an open dialogue with the surrounding cityscape.

Technical upgrades focused on energy performance, acoustic comfort and efficient building systems, creating a contemporary and sustainable working environment.

Through its rational design, restrained materiality and timeless proportions, RADBURY reflects a balanced approach between modernity and urban continuity, contributing to the ongoing transformation of Place de l’Étoile into a new centre for business and mobility in Luxembourg.
