A transparent, efficient and sustainable public building serving the community in Luxembourg. The Police Station in Niederanven, with a total area of approximately 1,200 sqm, represents a new generation of contemporary public architecture in Luxembourg focused on transparency, safety and civic accessibility.
Located along the Route de Trèves, the building replaces the former local station and establishes a clear, compact and functional volume organised across three levels, separating public reception areas from secured operational zones.
The project expresses the ambition of creating a building that is efficient, welcoming and sustainable. Large glazed façades flood the interior with natural light, fostering a bright and serene atmosphere for both officers and visitors. Material choices and construction details emphasise solidity, simplicity and timelessness, consistent with the identity of an institution serving the community.
Built with a focus on long-term sustainability, the new police station contributes to a new generation of efficient and responsible public buildings in Luxembourg.
Through its refined and accessible design, the Niederanven Police Station stands as a symbol of trust, proximity and modern public service architecture, designed by Kleinmuller Architects.
