This residential project consists of six housing units, combining functionality with landscape integration in a lush environment.

Challenge
Designed with contemporary architecture, the development utilizes simple cubic volumes and a palette of natural materials, including textured brick and wood finishes, to blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
Design and Volumetry
The geometric volumes of each building are carefully articulated, with balconies and terraces creating a play of solid and void spaces, allowing residents to enjoy views of the surrounding greenery. The architecture is distinguished by a rhythmic facade, offering a clean, modern aesthetic while adhering to principles of sustainability and thermal comfort.

The Final Result
The interiors are designed to maximize natural light through large windows and optimized orientations. Interior finishes prioritize natural materials, such as wood and stone, creating a warm and timeless ambiance.
Environment and Sustainability
The project incorporates well-maintained green spaces with abundant vegetation, fostering a strong connection with nature. Designed to meet ecological standards, the development optimizes insulation and energy performance for each unit, providing a sustainable and enjoyable living environment for its residents.
