Villa 08, Site Coordination and Supervision, Kehlen

Located in Keispelt, within the municipality of Kehlen (Luxembourg), Villa 08 is a 250 sqm contemporary single-family residence supervised by Kleinmuller Architects, an architecture and design studio based in Luxembourg. Entrusted by the client to ensure project coordination and site supervision, the practice focused on maintaining architectural coherence, technical precision and design quality throughout the construction process. Originally authorised by another architecture firm, the project underwent a detailed architectural review by Kleinmuller Architects, reinforcing the spatial proportions, material dialogue and overall harmony of the villa.

The intervention demonstrates the firm’s expertise in residential and interior architecture, integrating light, texture and proportion into a refined, minimal and sustainable architectural composition.
